What is Baklava ;
You must taste baklava during your stay in Istanbul. The recipe may sound too easy to be true: chopped nuts are spread in between the phyllo (yufka) layers, dressed with butter, baked, and sweetened with syrup or honey. But the excellence depends on the quality of the flour, the thinness of the dough (phyllo), and the proportion of the syrup.
Baklava is a rich, sweet pastry featured in many cuisines of the former Ottoman countries. It is a pastry made of layers of phyllo dough. The layers are filled with chopped walnuts or pistachios. It is sweetened with syrup or honey.

10:30 Am Products Recognition Materials Preparation Stage.
11:00 Am We start to mix the ingredients to be used in baklava after the dough making process begins.
11:35 Am We finish the rising process of the dough. Then, we cut the dough into small pieces. We start to roll out the dough.
12:30 Pm We arrange the products we have made on our tray
13:30 -13:15 Pm At that time we make syrup for baking and baklava
14:00 Pm Enjoy your Baklava 🙂

In our lessons; With our chef you starting with kneading the dough, you’ll learn open dough layers. After baking the baklava fresh from the oven and pouring the syrup, you’ll enjoy the taste of your own baklava with coffee on our terrace with its unique view.
